RamVets: Apply Now for FourBlock NYC Career Program
Fordham University’s Office of Military and Veterans’ Services (OMVS) is proud to share that enrollment is now open for the Fall 2025 New York City cohort of the FourBlock Veteran Career Readiness Program — a premier opportunity for transitioning service members and student veterans preparing to enter the civilian workforce.
The 10-week, in-person program is completely free and will run from September 17 through November 19, with sessions held Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at rotating host company locations throughout the NYC metro area.
Each week, participants connect directly with professionals and recruiters from some of the nation’s top employers — including PwC, EY, NBCUniversal, NYU Langone Health, and L’Oréal — while engaging in an industry-leading transition curriculum, personalized career coaching, and AI-driven tools for job exploration.
“This is one of the best programs out there for transitioning veterans — hands down,” said Matt Butler, executive director of Fordham OMVS. “FourBlock gives our students a real-world advantage by helping them translate their military leadership and skills into meaningful career paths, with direct access to companies that are actively hiring veteran talent.”
An 80% attendance rate is required for program completion and alumni status, which grants access to a national network of more than 7,000 FourBlock alumni. Virtual participation options are also available for those who cannot attend in person.
